The event will take place at the 4 star Hotel Antequera Hills in Spain, from November 3-7, 2025. The hotel is conveniently located in Antequera, north of Málaga. A direct train connects the train station Málaga María Zambrano with Antequera (26 minutes), making this an easy reachable location by public transport. Málaga airport is one of the major airports in Europe and is easily reached from all over the world.
We recommend spending some extra time before or after the conference in Málaga, as it is a fantastic historical city. Visit the famous Picasso museum, see the historical Alcazaba, relax on one of the beautiful beaches and of course don’t forget to try the typical tapas cuisine!

By Plane
Málaga-Costa del Sol airport is the biggest airport in the region with many destinations within and outside of Europe.
Shuttle bus service from Málaga airport to the conference venue will be available for participants on the first and the last day of the conference. We will adopt it according to the arrivals, more information will follow.
By Train
There are train services to Malaga Maria Zambrano Train station offered by Renfe, Iryo or Ouigo from Spain and possible connections from France or Portugal. The connections can be easily found on the operators websites or train connection search engines like Trainline (thetrainline.com) and Omnio (www.omio.co.uk).
We recommend to use the shuttle bus service from Málaga airport to the conference venue on the first and the last day of the conference. To get from the Maria Zambrano Train station to the airport you just have to take C1 train towards Málaga Aeropuerto (8min, train ever 20 min).
