The conference is fully on-site, and takes place at The Hotel Antequera, in Antequera, Spain, 3-7 of November 2025.

We are happy to see many new registrations. To secure your attendance, please register as soon as possible. Registration closes at 180 participants.

Full registration includes the following:

• Shuttle bus from the train station of Antequera to the hotel on Monday
• Monday dinner, master ham slicer (Jamón Ibérico), local wine experience and live flamenco show
• Wednesday afternoon a visit to el Torcal or a guided tour in Antequera
• Thursday party including 2 drinks and a live DJ
• Thursday Gala dinner
• Shuttle bus from the hotel to the train station of Antequera on Friday

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received by the Plant Microbiome organizing team before 15 August.
The cancellation fee is €300.
Cancellations after this date and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
