Conference Scholarships
A limited number of Conference scholarships is available for young scientists and students participating in the 6th plant microbiome symposium. The Scholarship provides a lumpsum of 250 euro to contribute to travel expenses of the scholarship recipient. The recipient will need to attend the Symposium and contribute a presentation or poster.
Eligibility criteria:
Eligible are:
- Students registered before 30th of May 2025 for the 6th plant microbiome symposium that are affiliated to universities or research institutes
- Post Docs within 3 years of obtaining their PhD registered before 30th of May 2025 for the 6th plant microbiome symposium that are affiliated to universities or research institutes

Submit the scholarship application form explaining why you believe it is important that you attend the 6th Plant Microbiome Symposium and why.
Important Dates
- Deadline for travel Scholarship Award applications: 31th May, 2025
- Notification of award: 31th July, 2025
- Award acceptance deadline: 30th September, 2025
Recipient Notification:
Awardees will receive an e-mail notification from the Symposium organizers. Award recipients need to confirm the acceptance of this award before the award acceptance deadline.
An award recognition session will be held at the Symposium.
